Healthy Paleo Chinese Chicken Salad



This Healthy Paleo Chinese Chicken Salad is a tasty and healthy take on an old favorite. It's great for a healthy and filling meal because it's full of fresh vegetables, lean protein, and a tasty dressing.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
  • 4 cups mixed greens e

  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup Paleo-friendly Chinese salad dressing

Instructions:

To make a salad, put together mixed greens, shredded carrots, shredded red bell pepper, sliced cucumber, and chopped green onions in a large bowl

Mix the salad ingredients together by tossing them around

Add the sesame seeds and sliced almonds to the salad
