Salmon with Mango Salsa
The grilled salmon in this recipe goes well with the bright mango salsa, making for a great flavor combination. The sweet and sour mangoes, crunchy bell pepper, and tangy lime juice go well with the rich salmon.
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 ripe mangoes, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Warm the grill up to a medium-high level
Use salt and pepper to season the salmon fillets with
Mangoes, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeo pepper, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper should all be diced and put in a bowl
Combine well
Grill salmon fillets for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are done the way you like them
Put mango salsa on top of the salmon
