Gochujang Sliders
These Gochujang Sliders are a delightful fusion of Korean flavors and classic sliders. The spicy gochujang mayo adds a kick to the juicy beef patties, making them perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup gochujang sauce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Slider buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Sliced cucumbers
- Sliced red onions
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper
Form the beef mixture into small slider-sized patties
In a separate bowl, mix gochujang sauce, mayonnaise, and sesame oil to create a spicy mayo sauce
Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat
Grill or cook the beef patties until they reach your desired level of doneness, about 3-4 minutes per side
Toast the slider buns on the grill or in a toaster until they are lightly browned
Spread the spicy mayo sauce on the bottom half of each slider bun
Place a lettuce leaf on the sauce, followed by a beef patty
Top with sliced cucumbers and red onions
Complete with the top half of the slider bun
